Stylists & Technicians
New Talent Stylists have recently graduated from a fully accredited Ohio State Board School and have obtained their license. They offer most services, yet will not qualify for more challenging technical ones such as color correction until they are moved to Junior level. Their discounted prices reflect their “New Talent” level and therefore may not include a “re-do” guarantee. Also, this level may not always be available.
Junior stylists are fully licensed cosmetologists who have completed Aveda training and are available for all hair services on our menu. They typically have from one to three years of experience.
Senior Stylists are fully licensed cosmetologists who have been with Bella Donna Salon and Spa for at least 3 years and continue advanced training in salon as well as independently and at Aveda Training Centers. Typically, Senior Stylists have 2-5 years experience.

Mary Jo, a passionate entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the salon industry, is the proud owner of “Bella Donna,” a premier destination in Painesville, Ohio for cutting-edge hair, beauty & spa services. Mary Jo is also passionate about her community as well, by serving on non profits such as Eastern Lake Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Painesville Organization & Rotary.
